You must try the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer. She actually managed to knock Harry Potter 7 off the top spot in the states. this series is good, but in my opinion not quite the genius of JK Rowling!

They are fab Samcat! I can't wait for the new one. Just a couple weeks now :) I really enjoy her writing style.

i do too - apparently she's re-writing twilight from edwards perspective!

when is the release date for the new one? i'll get it on order!

Blast - never heard of her Samcat. I'm so out of touch - not read any Harry P either. My latest book is 'Suttree' by Cormac McCarthy which is superb.

I've just started reading "Bones to Ashes" by Kathy Reichs - it's certainly working up to something good. Have also recently read "The Diana Chronicles", which I really enjoyed, despite the controversy of it all. Also "The Road Home" by Rose Tremain, "A Thousand Golden Suns" (can't remember the name of the author) - both fab books. Next in line after Reichs is "Rebecca", inspired by the recent showing of the classic film on the box.

I saw the trailer, I'm not sure I can buy Robert Patterson as Edward, but we'll see how it goes. It looks good though, already told my husband to save the date at the theatre, some action film is also coming out that day:P
