we were speaking last week about Linda down under's choc cake - the one with the squidgey centre that you make the day before and refrigerate.

Made it Fri night and it was gorgeous. Couldn't wait till the next day to eat it so we had it slightly warm from the oven just with whipped cream. mmmmmmmmmmm

OH said it was poss the best pudding i had ever made, and we don't particularly like chocolate cake!!! Finished it last night with some strawberries and cream for good measure!
