Hi Pam, click on your name (I see you haven't chosen an icon yet) which will take you into your profile, You will find the instructions for posting a recipe in there, it is quite simple. It normally isn't available until the next day for all of us lot to see, (until it has been vetted ).
Looks a tasty recipe I have just bought some crayfish tails so maybe I could use those?
