Just made Spanish tuna salad with peppers, olives & artichokes. Absolutely lovely. Don't be tempted to miss any of the ingredients out as they all play a definite part. Highly recommended.

Tonight I made a kind of seafood linguine. I only had frozen prawns and no linguine, so I used coloured fusili and the frozen prawns, and tomato sauce with roasted vegetables. Left out the garlic, as usual, and used sherry instead of vermouth. Very very nice!
