Hello
When I was surfing recently I found a site where you can subscribe to "Recipes For One" I think an updated version of "One is Fun." Of course, needless to say, I can't find it! Can anyone help please?

It's in the Premium Content of this site - if you look to the left you'll see what looks like a shopping bag and it says Deliaonline Premium Content. Click on that and it will take you there. You have to pay to access the premium content but it's worth it as you only pay once and it isn't a humongous amount and then you can access what you've paid for forever and a day.

Thanks for the info. I have done the "click & buy" thing with BT (saves hunting around for debit/credit card every time you want to buy online) and 'voila' up came Cooking For One. I have only recently been in the position of cooking for one (bereavement) and I am wasting so much food trying to scale down. Every time I scrape unwanted food either for the birds or worse still into the bin I think of all the starving millions.

You're welcome Morag. It's difficult enough scaling down when the family fly the nest - bereavement must be even more difficult. Hope you enjoy the recipes in there and remember, if you have friends round, you can probably upscale those recipes too if you like them, or of course, that's when you'd just use your "normal" recipes.
