I'd like to make some redcurrant and raspberry jam. Have plenty of redcurrants, but want to use frozen raspberries. Do I just defrost them and then use them as if they were fresh?

I should think that will be OK Snowy, the redcurrants are wonderful for setting, so there shouldn't be a prob., but if it were just frozen rasps by themselves I think they might not set. Squeeze the juice of a lemon in as well, just to be sure :-)
