What exactly is premium content? Although there are over 1000 recipes on the site - all available for free - we have put together some exciting online content that you have to pay to access. This includes some seasonal menus, advice and recipes for those on special diets, single-serving recipes, freezing notes (something you won't find in Delia's books!) and our latest offering, Frugal Food - 30 recipes that won't break the bank but still taste terrific! These recipes are not available generally on the site (with some exceptions that have been incorporated into menus).

So how does it work?
All you have to do is click on the content that interests you from the list below. You will then be taken to a page that tells you what you will get for your money. If you like the sound of it, you then click on the link that takes you through to a secure site for clickandbuy (formerly BT). Here you will be asked to pay by debit or credit card - an easy, one-off payment from anywhere in the world. This will then allow you to access the content next time you click on the link. You can access it again and again in this way.

Our paid-for content is so popular, and it's easy to see why! Those with food intolerance will love our nut-, dairy-, egg-, wheat-free and vegan recipes: Special Diets. Or for single-serving recipes online why not choose Cooking for One, from Delia's One is Fun!. Family Feasts is six online menus with wine ideas, and a timed countdown; seasonal treats in Spring Menus, Summer Menus, Autumn Menus and Winter Menus, while Christmas with Delia and Christmas Easy are crammed with inspiring ideas such as the hearty salmon pie, above left, for Christmas Eve eating.
Freezer fans will love The Big Freeze: freezing instructions for each of Delia's 1000 recipes on the site - something not available anywhere else! And A Year in My Kitchen tracks a year of weekly, seasonal recipes from Delia, including this gorgeous Blackberry & Apple Tart, left, while Frugal Food is aimed at those who want to eat well for less!
You will not receive a book: this is online content.
