I made this for the second time today, but with strawberries this time. I haven't got any mini pudding basins only big ones so I used 350g containers that the wild mushroon sauce came in for the braised steak recipe.
There are 3 of us so the full quantity recipe made 3 decent puddings half filling the tubs - and with the tops snapped back on they stacked nicely in the fridge.
