had this last night and it was lovely. Of course I ended up doing the non-cheat's version, buying a whole cauli and broccoli florets and grating my own cheese, to save money. Had some mascarpone left over in the fridge so replaced some of the milk with a few dollops of that. had to put more than double the quantitiy of cheese in though as no matter what recipe I use for things like cauliflower cheese etc, I never find them cheesy enough. Quite delicious though. Finished it off this lunchtime with Grilled Spanish Onion Salad, a recipe from my Bible but I'm sure that's one of Delia's too.

I loved this soup. Wonderful. I REALLY cheated and used a bag of frozen stuff!!!!! Did grate my own cheese though, although I normally buy ready grated anyway.

Delias winter root veg soup (i think its on here!) is also delish!!!!!!!

So what ya cookin' today James? We're having Red Prawn and Mango Curry without the mango so I guess it's not a Red Prawn and Mango Curry then is it? Followed by strawberries with that amazing Barbados Cream of Nigella's. Bliss!

We have to be up at 3am tomorrow for our flight so bed around 8-ish I think. Light supper before, basically using up bits and bobs from the fridge. Not really sure to be honest! ha ha ha!!! I normally plan in the morning, but today, its just finishing things up so it will be a bit messy, but Marc does not mind. He knows how I feel about throwing food away............

I suspect the food will be wonderful! The top place to eat has had its menu done by James Martin!

I'll still be about occasionally, we have internet access in our cabin.

It is a lovely soup isn;t it.....I am really into soup making at the moment!
