They are okay but nothing special. Because of that I didn't bother to waste the mango and make the sauce. Can use that for a smoothie.
I couldn't disagree more - this is one of my favourite Delia recipes! I use the 'older' recipe specifying normal (not reduced fat) coconut milk, and it is the mango puree with the lime juice and zest which makes it taste so good!
I love jellies anyway so it is all a matter of personal taste though I suppose - but after a thai meal my friends absolutely love these!
I'm with Flapjack on this one, I think they're lovely, always very popular at Dinner Parties where the main course has been a little fiery!
It just goes to show how different we all are....another man's meat and all that. I used the "normal" coconut milk as well. Still got three more to eat!!! Preferred the English Scented Creams I made the other day which I suppose are just a kind of posh milk jelly.
I was really surprised at how goodand easy these were. The mango sauce was delicious.

Wow, TDS, you must be a fab cook if you can create recipes that are even better than Delia's. I do get the impression from your posts that you really are a superb cook. Have you ever thought about getting a book deal - sounds as if a publisher would snap you up.
