Has anyone tried making this? I did for dinner last night and OH liked it very much. I used Matheson's smoked sausage in place of the chipolata or kabanos, worked well with the Dress italian sauce. Instead of festoni, I used conchglie.
Am planning to stock up on more dress Italian sauces and I'd heartitly recommend this dish!

Hello OTG
Your advice please. Do I use the white soft mozzarella or the yellow harder one ? As it is possible to cut both into cubes I need help to prevent a disaster !!!!
