We have our own league - purely for fun called Delias Delights.

With Noreens kind permission we can have our own football league.

It's just for fun and it is free. You don't have to be a footballing genius.

Here are the basics:-

You have £1,000,000 to spend on 14 players who play in the premier league (only 3 can be picked from any one team), you have to have 2 goalkeepers, 4 deffenders, 5 midfielders and 3 forwards.
Then choose your best eleven for each week, the rest are substitutes.

You can make transfers if a player gets a long term injury, but only so many are allowed per season (I think 21).

Points are scored for appearing, making goals, scoring etc. Captain earns double points.

Points are deducted for yellow cards, red cards, fouls etc. Again the captain earns double points.

Course you can Biggles, you can change him anytime upto 1100 Friday, after that the next time you can change is sometime on Tuesday.

If you are unhappy about anymore players change before 1100 Friday or else you will be penalised if you change more than 1 player per week.
