Just thought I'd let you know that I tried the cook along pork receipe last night and I have to say i really didn't like it. I followed the intructions to the letter and didn't use any alternative ingredients. The coating on the pork was quite nice but that was it. the pork it self was far too fatty and after three peices made me feel sick, the veggies were too raw after cooking them slightly longer than suggested and they had no flavour and everything was really dry. Sorry to say, I'm not a fan, which is a shame as I was so looking forward making something new after my little set back of late. OH and I both chucked it in the bin. Had to make him a tin of soup! Has anyone else tried it and liked it?
Oh dear that's 2 negative results for the Hung Shao Pork. Will still have a go on my return.
