Hi cooked this tonight. It was really nice. I cut the fat off and the meat itself was really tender. I had plenty of sauce left -it wasn't dry or crunchy at all. I did use a small sauce pan so not sure it that was why there was lots of sauce left
I would definately make this again although I would not use belly pork as thought it was quite fatty

how odd! my sauce wasn't so much a sauce as a very sticky goo!
