PUT FLOUR, SUGAR, B.POWDER.SALT IN BOWL AND MIX WELL/ THEN ADD COOKED RICE, VANILLA, EGGS
NUTMEG, MIX INTO DOUGH LIKE HEAT OIL VERY HOT
DROP MIX BY SPOONFUL INTO HOT OIL WHEN IT
BROWNS AND COMES TO TOP OF OIL TAKE OUT TO DRAIN ON PAPER TOWEL SPRINKLE W/POWERED SUGAR THE AFRICAN USED TO SELL THESE ON THE STREETS OF NEW ORLEANS IN THE 1800S MOSTLY
ON SUNDAY WHEN PEOPLE WERE COMING OUT OF CHURCH TRY SEE IF U LIKE

HI LIN CALLAS MEANS RICE CAKE THEY THINK IT MEANS RICE IN AFRICAN ITS SIMILAR TO BEINGNES(/)
SPELLING MIGHT BE OFF BOT LIKE A DOUGHNUT
