Thanks again, Nanny Ogg, I was having some difficulty finding the recipe but you solved the problem with your second msg. Picked about 3 kilo currants today, thank goodness more were not required. x

A thank you also goes to Bramble although I am not sure whether the port or wine will go to the jelly or directly down my throat after the strain of picking the currants.
