Thank you!! :-)
Its not the easiest thing to get hold of Karen. Sainsburys do their own, but it only seems to be in stock about one week in six!
Its good in delias mashed potato to keep the calories down.
I'd buy it more often if I could.

Morrisons normally have it. It's normally in the philadelphia type area.
Tesco has it all the time. Even the mid size store near me.
Thought it was a subatomic particle but I'm a bit sloshed. Tony's saying, "Don't buy anything online".
I think it's brilliant - great in a smoked mackerel pate (Rosemary Conley recipe) and it freezes really well. I always have some in the freezer and use it instead of phili, creme fraiche or fromage frais - less calories. Both Tesco and Sainsbugs have it in Chester.
Its a brill product when you can get it!!!!

You can make your own;
Bring 1 litre milk just to the boil add juice of half a lemon then leave to settle for a while off the heat.
Bring to the boil again then let it cool again, it 'll be curdled .
Drain in a cloth lined colander then store in the fridge.
It is the sound made by a cross between a duck and a dog, aka. a bird dog!
;o) I thought it was a character from Star Trek!!
